Friday works for Priya, who owns a small coffee roastery in Cape Town. Each morning it checks her stock, inbox, calendar and customer list, tells her what needs her today, and drafts the fixes.

What you’ll see
- One morning question. “What should I be worried about today?” Friday looks it up, not guesses.
- A clash, fixed with one approval. A meeting and a roasting run overlap; Friday drafts the move.
- Low stock, reordered. The quantity comes from the sales numbers. Friday only writes the email.
- A customer reply, in her words. She tells Friday what to say, edits the draft, approves it, and the follow-up, task and customer record all update.
